This website is operated by Khan TCG trading as Khan Cards (“we”, “us”, “our”).


By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.


If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

4. PRODUCTS & RANDOMNESS

 

We sell trading card products including (but not limited to):

 

  • Pokémon

  • Union Arena

  • Other trading card products

  • Graded cards

  • Mystery products

  • Break spots

 

Trading card products are random in nature.


CHASE CARDS DISPLAYED IN PRODUCT IMAGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.


We do not guarantee:

 

  • Specific cards

  • Specific rarities

  • Pull rates (unless explicitly stated)

  • Market value

  • Grading outcomes

  • Investment performance


Product packaging and artwork may vary.

 

 

5. LIVE RIP & SHIP

 

If you select or request that a product be opened live:

 

  • You authorise us to open the product during a livestream.

  • Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived once the product is opened at your request.

  • Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Live sessions may be recorded and used for content or promotional purposes.


By selecting live opening, you confirm acceptance of these conditions.

 

 

6. MYSTERY PRODUCTS & BREAK SPOTS


Certain products may include:

 

  • Mystery packs or boxes

  • Random allocation products

  • Break spots

  • Carousel or structured break formats

 

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge:

 

  • Contents are random.

  • Dissatisfaction with contents is not grounds for refund.

  • Allocation methods (random team, pick-your-team, carousel, etc.) will be conducted as described at time of sale.

  • Once a break has commenced, cancellation rights no longer apply.

  • Once a mystery product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

 

All such products are chance-based purchases but always contain physical goods.

 

 

7. GRADED CARDS

 

We sell professionally graded cards.


We do not guarantee:

 

  • Future value

  • Re-grading outcomes

  • Cross-grading outcomes

  • Market performance

 

Graded card sales are final unless materially misdescribed.

 

 

8. ORDER LIMITATIONS & ANTI-ABUSE

 

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.


We may limit or cancel quantities purchased:

 

  • Per person

  • Per household

  • Per account

  • Per credit/debit card

  • Per billing address

  • Per shipping address


These restrictions may apply to multiple accounts or orders that appear connected.


We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to:

 

  • Use bots or automation

  • Circumvent purchase limits

  • Be placed by resellers or dealers

  • Present fraud or chargeback risk

 

 

9. PRICING & VAT

 

All prices are shown in GBP (£).


Prices include VAT where applicable.


We operate in accordance with UK VAT regulations and, where applicable, the VAT Margin Scheme under HMRC rules.


We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

 

 

10. PAYMENT


Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.


You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

 

 

11. SHIPPING & RISK

 

Delivery times are estimates only.


Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the courier.


We are not responsible for:

 

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Safe-place delivery once marked delivered

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

 

Damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

12. RETURNS


Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

 

Sealed products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and untampered.

 

Opened products (including live rip, mystery products, and break contents) cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

 

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.


We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

 

 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


We shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit

  • Market fluctuations

  • Random product outcomes

  • Grading results

  • Delays beyond our control

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.


Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

 

 

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All original content on this website, including branding, logos, graphics, text, layout and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Khan TCG trading as Khan Cards.


Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.


Unauthorised use is prohibited.

 

 

16. PROHIBITED USE

 

You may not:

 

  • Use bots or automated purchasing tools

  • Circumvent order limits

  • Abuse payment disputes or chargebacks

  • Scrape content

  • Interfere with website security

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
